BBQ SUMMER SOCIAL 2004
On Saturday August 7, 04 Marion Mazer, Honorary Consul of Switzerland hosted a BBQ Summer Social at her home. It was a wonderful opportunity to socialize and to taste delicious food representing the various consulates in attendance. The food selection was: From El Salvador: tropical fruit cobbler; Italy: pasta al forno & bruschetta; Finland: seafood & cabbage salad; Sweden: meatballs; México: chips, salsa and guacamole; Austria: guglhuph marble cake; Germany: bratwurst; Spain: tortilla española. In addition we enjoyed fresh corn on the cobb and other goodies.
