Members of the Utah Consular Corp gathered in the Gold Room at the State Capitol on September 12th to unveil a new license plate and raise awareness of the consulates in the state. Governor Mike Leavitt unveiled the new license plate, which will be available to duly accredited honorary consuls beginning October 1, 2003.
