On December 12, 2003 members of the Utah Consular Corp enjoyed a delightful dinner at the Absolute Restaurant to celebrate the holiday season. Besides favorable company and delicious food, we were serenaded by the ¨Santa Lucia Procession¨, a Swedish tradition commemorating the winter soltice.
