At the Utah Consular Corp quarterly meeting on December 12, 2003 we had the honor to meet with Mr. David van Valkenburg, Regional Director of Foreign Missions of the Department of State as well as enjoying a special visit by Mr. Edward Roth, Special Agent at the Bureau of Diplomatic Security.
