Honorary Consul: David Utrilla
Recognized: David Utrilla was recognized by the State Department as an Honorary Consul to Peru on September 18, 2009; officially appointed by the President of Peru, Alan Garcia and began officially serving in October after receiving is credentials for the US Department of State. He is a native of Lima, Peru and studied international business at the Instituto Nacional de Comercio Internacional and economics at the University of San Martin de Porres in Peru, immigrating to the US in 1994. He learned his English and furthered his Business Management and International Business studies at Weber State University. He is the owner and CEO of U.S. Translation Company. David served as president of the UCC from 2019-2020.
