He was appointed Honorary Consul to Uruguay on September 9th, 2000. Ciro is a former police officer and currently hold a license as a real estate agent. He is also an independent distributor for a Utah company. As an entrepreneur, his business 4 Life Research operates in several continents, from Asia to Europe, South, Central and South America. Ciro and his wife have five children and eleven grandchildren together and love to travel, go camping, and hiking.
